Gusev Lab
Summary¶
The Gusev Lab, led by Alexander Gusev, Ph.D., is based at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School and specializes in statistical genetics, computational biology, and genetic epidemiology. Its research focuses on the functional mechanisms linking genetic variation to complex diseases, particularly cancer susceptibility and clinical outcomes. The lab develops and applies methods for transcriptome-wide association studies (TWAS), eQTL analysis, and longitudinal EHR modeling such as ALADYNOULLI.
